Filling in the search form
From and To
Type a city, an airport name or a code and pick a suggestion. Without JavaScript, type the three-letter code (for example JFK) and it still works.
Dates
Choose a departure date, and a return date for a round trip. Dates can be up to 360 days ahead, because the results page reads dates without a year.
Travellers and cabin
Add adults, children and infants — up to 9 in one search, with an adult for each infant — and choose a cabin.
Search
Press Search. We check the details and, if they are valid, open the live results page.
Cities, airports and codes
Many cities have more than one airport. Where a city has an IATA city code, the suggestions offer an “all airports” choice — for example LON covers London’s airports — and the results include flights to and from all of them. Choose a single airport when you already know which one suits your trip.
- An airport code (LHR) searches that airport only.
- A city code (LON) searches every airport the code covers (city codes explained).
- Not sure which airport is closest to where you’re going? Try the nearby airports finder or read how to choose between nearby airports.
Travellers
One search covers up to 9 travellers. Each infant must travel with an adult, so you can’t add more infants than adults. For a larger group, search in smaller parts, or ask an airline or travel agency about a group booking.
If the form shows a message
Messages appear under the field that needs attention, and your other details are kept.
| Message | What to do |
|---|---|
| Choose different departure and arrival places. | From and To are the same place — change one of them. |
| That date has passed — pick a future date. | Pick today or a later date. |
| Your return date must be on or after departure. | Move the return date, or switch to one-way. |
| Airlines usually sell up to about a year ahead — pick an earlier date. | Choose a date within the next year. |
| Each infant needs an accompanying adult. | Add an adult or remove an infant. |
| We couldn’t find that airport or city. | Try another spelling, the city name or the airport’s code. |

The results page
Your search opens on search.amzbooking.com, our live flight results page provided through our affiliate partner Travelpayouts. It shows offers from airlines and travel agencies at the moment you search, and you can sort and filter them there.
- When you choose an offer, you continue to that airline’s or agency’s site to book and pay.
- Prices can change between the results page and checkout — the provider’s price at checkout is the one that applies (why prices change).
- The results page only receives your search details and an anonymous code saying which AMZBooking page you came from (privacy).

Common questions
Why does my flight search open search.amzbooking.com?
search.amzbooking.com is our live flight results page, provided with our affiliate partner Travelpayouts. It shows offers from airlines and travel agencies at the moment you search; when you choose one, you continue to that provider’s site to book.
Can I search every airport in a city at once?
Yes, for cities with an IATA city code: choose the “all airports” option for the city in the search box, or type the code, such as LON for London. The results then cover every airport that code includes.
How many travelers can I search for?
Up to 9 travelers in one flight search, and each infant needs an accompanying adult. For larger groups, search in parts or contact an airline or agency directly about a group booking.
