The short version
- You search on AMZBooking for flights, stays or rental cars.
- You compare the available offers on our results page or our partner’s site.
- You book and pay with the provider you choose — an airline, hotel, rental-car company or travel agency. That provider owns the reservation.
- For anything about that booking — changes, refunds, check-in, pickup — you contact that provider.
AMZBooking does not sell tickets, rooms or car rentals, does not take payment for them, and cannot change, cancel or refund a booking made with another company.
Flights
When you search flights, we check the places and dates you entered and open live results on search.amzbooking.com, our flight results page provided through our affiliate partner Travelpayouts. The offers there come from airlines and travel agencies at the moment you search. When you pick one, you continue to that airline’s or agency’s site to book.
Stays
Stays comparison opens your search on an accommodation partner’s site, also through Travelpayouts. You compare properties and book there; the partner or the property handles the reservation and payment. Until a partner is connected, the stays search tells you so, sends nothing anywhere and keeps the details you entered.
Rental cars
Compare rental cars opens a rental-car comparison with a travel partner once that connection is live. Your rental agreement, payment, deposit and pickup are with the company you book with.
If a partner connection is temporarily unavailable, you stay on AMZBooking rather than being sent to an unverified site. We never send your AMZBooking account details or sign-in session to our results page or to partners.
Why prices can change
Prices and availability come from providers at the time you search, and they can change quickly — sometimes between the results page and checkout. The price and terms the provider shows when you book are the ones that apply.
- Our guides don’t publish fares; live prices appear only when you search (how we handle prices).
- Pages you keep in Saved never store a price. Search again to see current offers.
- We compare available partner offers to help you find competitive options. No comparison service includes every offer available everywhere.
What to compare before you pay
Whatever you book, check these on the provider’s site before paying:
- The final total — with taxes and fees — and the currency you will be charged in.
- Who you are paying: the airline, hotel or rental company itself, or a travel agency acting for it.
- What is included, and what costs extra. For flights that can mean bags, seats and changes; for stays, meals or property fees; for cars, mileage, fuel, coverage and the deposit.
- Cancellation and change terms: whether the price is refundable, any deadlines, and any fees.
- The details you entered: names, dates, times, and pickup or check-in locations.
- How to reach the provider after booking, and where your confirmation will come from.
