Our service
AMZBooking provides travel search, comparison, information and planning tools. We are not a travel agency, airline, accommodation provider or rental-car company, and we are not a party to any booking you make. Bookings are contracts between you and the provider, under the provider’s terms.
Information and prices
We work hard to keep information accurate and show its source and date, but travel details change. Prices and availability shown by providers can change until you complete a booking. Always confirm prices, fees, baggage, entry requirements and fare rules with the provider and official sources before you travel.
Third-party sites
Search results and partner links take you to websites we don’t control, including search.amzbooking.com (operated with our partner Travelpayouts) and providers’ sites. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.
Accounts
You’re responsible for access to the email address you use to sign in. Don’t share one-time codes. You can delete your account at any time from your account page. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or automated access.
Acceptable use
- No scraping, automated querying or attempts to disrupt the service.
- No artificial clicks, searches or bookings.
- No attempts to access other users’ data.
Content
AMZBooking’s design, text and original data products are ours or licensed to us. Third-party data is used under its license (see methodology).
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AMZBooking is provided “as is” and we are not liable for providers’ services, bookings, prices or availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
