Accessibility support

We want AMZBooking to work for everyone. We design and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA, and we fix barriers people report.

How the site is built for access

  • Keyboard: controls are built to work with a keyboard, focus is visible, and a “skip to content” link starts each page.
  • Screen readers: pages use headings, landmarks and labelled controls; search suggestions use standard combobox behaviour; charts and maps come with tables of the same data.
  • Zoom and reflow: text can be enlarged and pages reflow to narrow screens without horizontal scrolling; wide tables scroll inside their own labelled region.
  • Colour and contrast: our text colour pairs are chosen to meet WCAG AA contrast, and we pair colour with text labels.
  • Motion: animations are subtle and switch off when your device asks for reduced motion.

Every change to the site runs automated accessibility checks on key pages, alongside keyboard and mobile-layout tests. Automated checks don’t find everything, which is why reports from people using assistive technology matter.

Known limits

  • Our live flight results page, search.amzbooking.com, is provided by our partner Travelpayouts, and travel providers’ booking sites are run by those companies. We can pass on reports, but we don’t control their accessibility.
  • Interactive tools need JavaScript. The information they calculate is also available in our guides as plain HTML tables.
  • Maps are visual summaries; the tables beside them carry the same data for assistive technology.

Report a barrier or ask for another format

Email support@amzbooking.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and what happened — and, if you’re happy to, the device, browser and assistive technology you use. Tell us how you’d prefer to receive information and we’ll reply in that format where we can.

Need help right now?

If something on a page blocks you, the contact page and every Help Center page work with a keyboard and screen reader, and plain email is always an option.

Assistance when you travel

Assistance at airports and on board — wheelchairs, help through the airport, seating needs — is arranged with the airline or travel provider you book with, usually in advance. Ask them when you book, using the contact details on your confirmation (who handles what).

Common questions

How do I report an accessibility problem?

Email support@amzbooking.com with the page address and what happened. Tell us how you prefer to receive information, and we will reply in that format where we can.

Does AMZBooking work without JavaScript?

Mostly. Our guides, the Help Center and the flight search form work without it if you type airport or city codes; interactive tools such as the flight distance calculator need JavaScript.
