Quick answer

Berlin's romance is unconventional: sunset in a glass dome above parliament, rowing on a park lake, canal-side wine and late nights that turn into sunrise. Summer evenings by the water are the city at its most charming. Couples tend to stay in Prenzlauer Berg.
