Quick answer
Abu Dhabi is one of the easiest Gulf cities for families: Yas Island's theme parks, calm lifeguarded beaches, aquariums and malls with play areas. The main challenge is heat, so from April to October plan outdoor time for early morning and evening and keep the middle of the day for indoor attractions. Top picks: Warner Bros. World Abu Dhabi, SeaWorld Abu Dhabi and Ferrari World. Families usually base themselves in Yas Island.
